Frequently Asked Questions

Neuro Frontiers is an online learning platform dedicated to empowering individuals to understand and harness the power of neuroplasticity therapies. We offer expert-led courses, resources, and community support to help people explore and apply concepts from neuroscience in practical ways.

Once you enroll, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to access your course materials. Simply follow the link provided and log in to the learning platform to start your journey.

We offer a wide variety of courses focusing on neuroplasticity therapies, mental wellness, brain health, and strategies to improve learning and development. Courses range from beginner to advanced levels and are suitable for anyone interested in understanding the brain.

Most of our courses are pre-recorded, which allows you to learn at your own pace. Where we can, we also love to host live sessions, webinars, and Q&A discussions. Check the course description for specific details.

You can ask questions in several ways:

  • Discussion areas: Beneath each video and most resources, you'll find a discussion section. Share your questions, comments, or reflections here—others on the course can respond, and during live courses, the tutor may reply too.
  • Email: During a live course, you can email your question to info@neurofrontiers.org . We'll pass it to the tutor and aim to include it in the next live Q&A.
  • Final Q&A Session: The last live session includes an extended Q&A. You’re welcome to attend and ask your questions, or email them in advance.
  • Neuro Frontiers Community: If you're a member, you can also post questions and reflections in the Community area. (If you're on a standalone course, membership info will be shared during the course.)

With a standalone course, you will retain access to the material for 10 weeks from the start date of the course.
With full membership; once enrolled, you will have lifetime access to your course materials, including updates, so you can revisit the content whenever you need.
With live courses you will access to the recorded content once the session has finished.

Though downloading slides is not currently an option supported on our learning platform, all resources remain accessible to you online at any time during your course or membership, so you can revisit them whenever you need.

For most courses, no special equipment is required. Please consult the course description to double-check.  For most courses, all you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access to watch videos, access course materials, and participate in any activities. A way to take notes is advisable during the courses and webinars too.

No prerequisites are necessary for most courses, unless specifically stated in the course description. We design our content to be accessible to anyone with an interest in learning about neuroscience and personal development.

If you are unsatisfied with your course or subscription for any reason, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
