No AI Recording or Transcription:
The use of artificial intelligence tools, bots, or software to record, transcribe, summarise, or replicate lessons or materials is strictly prohibited.
No Self-Recording:
You may not create your own recordings (audio, video, or otherwise) of any lesson, live session, or material. Breach of these terms will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund and may lead to legal action.
All content provided by Neuro Frontiers, including but not limited to text, videos, audio, images, course materials, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Neuro Frontiers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through your account settings.
Refunds:
A 14-day cooling-off period may apply (subject to local law) if you have not accessed or downloaded any digital content.
Once you access or download course materials, you waive your right to a refund.
No refunds will be issued for partially used membership periods.
Exceptional refund requests will be considered at the sole discretion of Neuro Frontiers.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no pro-rata refunds will be issued.
